Thomas S. Hareas

 Thomas S. Hareas is the Vice President of Development for SEMBLER. Hareas is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Florida Development Department. In particular focus to retail shopping center development, Hareas was responsible for the development management for SEMBLER's Winter Garden Village at Fowler Groves, BayWalk (Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida), Centro Ybor (Ybor City, Tampa), the manager for the redevelopment of Clearwater Mall (Clearwater, FL) along with many active pipeline retail projects. Before joining The Sembler Company in 1996, Hareas served as Director of Tenant Coordination for Chicago's General Growth Properties, Inc., (acquired Homart in 1995) where he administered tenant development, design and construction services for the company's national portfolio. Prior to General Growth, Hareas served as Design/Construction Manager for Chicago's Homart Community Centers, Inc., (Homart Development Co.) where he administered design, construction and development management of several retail power centers developed and completed in the Southeast region including several enclosed malls throughout the U.S. since 1987. Hareas holds several degrees from the Illinois Institute ofTechnology, Chicago, Illinois, including a Master of Architecture degree, Master of Science in Architecture, a Bachelor of Science Degree, and substantially completed coursework towards a Master of City and Regional Planning prior to moving to Florida. Tom is a member of the LC.S.C. and an active member ofhis local Tampa Chapter.


Louis Kokkinakos

 A local businessman with extensive involvement in philanthropic societies and organization. He is the President of the Florida Restaurant Purchasing Group, President of the Food Service Consultant Company and owner of the popular Widows Brown Restaurant in Largo, Florida. In the past, he has served as President of the Saint Stephano’s Greek Orthodox Church at Saint Petersburg, Florida. He is a strong supporter and advocate of Plato Academy and will continue to offer his valuable expertise to the school.


John Petalas

A successful entrepreneur in various business fields, especially in the field of catering and restaurant. He is a strong advocate in Plato Academy, when ever needed he is there to provide voluntary support to the school. He is involvement with the community and expertise in fundraising has assisted with growth in other areas. He is an advocate for student achievement and the Socratic Method of teaching. He continues to be immersed with quality education for all students.
